Full Job Description

We are hiring a contract physical therapist with experience in outpatient orthopedics and sports medicine. This is a two-provider clinic, and you will be expected to work independently, as provider schedules are often offset.You will begin with a partial caseload, including some existing patients, with the expectation to build and grow your schedule over time.

Current schedule need: Sunday, Monday, and Wednesday, with some flexibility to adjust days and expand hours as caseload grows.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and sports-related conditions

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Deliver one-on-one care in a cash-pay setting

• Utilize manual therapy, exercise prescription, and dry needling

• Integrate focused shockwave therapy when appropriate

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation

• Participate in outreach, events, and community engagement

• Contribute to building and growing an individual caseload

Qualifications

Required:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)

• Active Colorado PT license

• Minimum 2 years of experience in outpatient orthopedics and/or sports medicine

• Completion of dry needling continuing education and active use in clinical practice

• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload

• Strong communication and patient relationship skills

Preferred:

• Experience with active populations and athletes

• Interest or experience in outreach, events, or marketing

• Comfort with social media as a professional tool

Compensation & Position Details

• Contract (1099) position.

• Compensation is 60% of collected revenue from services provided (approx. $96-$111 per hour).

• Partial caseload to start, with opportunity for growth into a full time position.
