Physical Therapy Evaluations

  • 1 Issue/injury: A full evaluation lasting 60 minutes with treatment included for 1 area of the body as well as a tailored exercise program sent to you vial email.

  • 2+ Issues/injuries: A full evaluation lasting 90 minutes with treatment included for 2-3 areas of the body as well as a tailored exercise program sent to you via email.

*Evaluations are required for ALL new patients.

Physical Therapy Follow Ups

  • 1 Hour Follow Ups: great for multiple injuries or during the initial stages of injury rehabilitation.

  • 30 minute Follow Ups: great for receiving just 1 service (i.e. dry needling, exercise, soft tissue work, etc).

  • Hybrid Care: a 30 minute session great for pairing with another discipline at PR Labs (i.e. PT + Chiropractic). *Must contact PRLabs or email bouldersportsphysio.com to schedule.

Functional Dry Needling

Functional Dry Needling is a highly effective and safe technique focused on releasing myofascial trigger points within muscle tissue. Running Injuries, Gait and Running analysis

Gait Analysis

  • A 60 minute session with a full evaluation of your imbalances while assessing your running mechanics to better understand the way you move (or the way you become injured!). Shoe recommendations and a personalized exercise program will be sent to you via email addressing any imbalances or mechanical deficits found during the session.

Medical Bike Fits

  • A 60 minute session with a full evaluation of your imbalances, mobility, and strengths along with the actual bike fit to help restore proper alignment for pain free cycling. Medical bike fits are designed to help prevent or reduce any injuries on your road or gravel bike.

Blood Flow Restriction Physical Therapy

Blood Flow Restriction

  • Blood Flow Restriction Training is the application of external pressure via a blood pressure cuff that allows for arterial blood inflow while restricting venous outflow in a muscle. Pairing this with low intensity exercises allows for muscles to increase strength and size even while weakened by injury or surgery.

Telehealth Physical Therapy

Telehealth

  • Telehealth sessions are perfect for those in remote areas of Colorado needing healthcare or for the busy athlete needing exercises, questions answered, or imaging (i.e. MRI, Xrays). These appointments are 30 minutes.
