If you would like a dry needling appointment; however, you have not seen a physical therapist at Boulder Sports Physiotherapy before, then please schedule an initial evaluation and inform your practitioner that you are interested in dry needling during this appointment.

• All Commercial Insurance Carriers

• Medicaid

We accepts most forms of payment (i.e. credit/debit, cash, check) as well as payment via HSA or FSA.

For commercial insurance carriers, we can provide a Superbill for patients to submit for out-of-network reimbursement. Doing this allows you to use your out of network coverage without receiving an additional bill in the mail after your appointments.
